Role Description The Technical Office Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Asyūţ, responsible for overseeing technical documentation, drawings, and project coordination within the office. This role includes reviewing and validating technical drawings, preparing reports, and ensuring that engineering standards and client specifications are met. The Technical Office Manager will collaborate with project teams to plan resources, track progress, and support budgeting activities, while maintaining clear communication with internal stakeholders and external partners. Daily tasks also involve organizing technical records, supporting research for ongoing projects, and identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality. The person in this role is expected to ensure timely delivery of technical outputs and contribute to smooth project execution.
Qualifications
* Candidates should possess strong Technical Drawing skills and the ability to interpret and review engineering documentation.
* Candidates should possess Budgeting and Project Management skills to plan resources, monitor costs, and support project timelines.
* Candidates should possess Mechanical Engineering knowledge to understand technical requirements, standards, and design principles.
* Candidates should possess Research skills to gather technical data, compare solutions, and support decision-making.
* Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
* Proficiency in office and engineering software (e.g., CAD tools, MS Office) and strong organizational skills.
* Ability to communicate clearly with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Prior experience in a technical office or project coordination role within engineering or construction industries is an advantage.
