We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Technical Office Architect to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and coordinating architectural and technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that drawings, BOQs, materials, and technical deliverables are accurate, coordinated, and aligned with project requirements.
The role will work closely with Design, Site, Procurement, and Project Management teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects in line with approved designs, technical standards, quality requirements, and project timelines.

What will you be doing?
- Prepare, review, and update architectural shop drawings, technical drawings, and construction details.
- Review design drawings and ensure proper coordination between architectural, structural, MEP, and other disciplines.
- Translate design concepts into accurate and practical technical drawings suitable for construction.
- Prepare and review BOQs (Bill of Quantities), quantity take-offs, and material specifications.
- Coordinate with the Site, Design, Procurement, and Project Management teams to resolve technical issues and ensure project requirements are clearly communicated.
- Review drawings and technical documents submitted by contractors, consultants, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with approved designs and project specifications.
- Support the preparation and monitoring of project schedules, work programs, and time plans.
- Follow up on technical deliverables and ensure they are completed within agreed project timelines.
- Assist in identifying and resolving design and technical issues during project execution.
- Review architectural materials, finishes, samples, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate material selections and technical requirements with the Procurement team.
- Conduct site visits when required to verify site conditions and ensure alignment between approved drawings and actual execution.
- Maintain accurate records of drawings, revisions, technical documents, and project correspondence.
- Ensure that all architectural drawings and technical documentation comply with applicable standards, specifications, and company requirements.
- Support the Project Manager and relevant stakeholders in technical evaluations and decision-making.
- Ensure attention to detail and accuracy across all technical office deliverables.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or architectural engineering.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in a Technical Office Architect role.
- Strong experience in preparing and reviewing shop drawings and technical drawings.
- Good knowledge of project scheduling, work programs, and time plans.
- Hands-on experience in preparing and reviewing BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
- Previous experience in Retail and Commercial projects is preferred.
- Previous experience in Restaurant projects is highly preferred.
- Good knowledge of architectural materials, construction methods, and finishing works.
- Strong understanding of architectural detailing and construction practices.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with Design, Site, Procurement, and Project Management teams.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of Revit is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project and/or Primavera is an advantage.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
