- Strong knowledge of the Solar Industry and practical experience with Solar Power applications.
- Hands-on experience with Solar Systems design, installation, and performance analysis.
- Proficiency in PV Design, including system sizing, layout, and component selection.
- Competence in Electrical Design for solar projects, including wiring diagrams and protection schemes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related technical field.
- Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and safety practices for solar and electrical systems.
- Ability to use design and simulation software for PV and electrical systems (e.g., PVsyst, AutoCAD or similar tools).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in on-site project environments.
- Previous experience in solar projects in the region or similar markets is an advantage.
