Tripod is seeking an experienced Technical Designer (Joinery and Architectural Fit- Out - Interiors) to join our Joinery and Fit -Out Division. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of joinery, shop drawings ( Furniture), architectural drawings, interior details, and joinery fabrication processes, with the ability to translate design concepts into accurate technical drawings for production and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed joinery shop drawings, architectural fit -out details, and production drawings.
- Develop technical shop drawings for complete interior bespoke fit – out projects with good amount of knowledge in furniture joinery
- Interpret architectural, interior design, and consultant drawings to create accurate joinery and fit- out solutions.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, project managers, and production teams.
- Ensure drawings align with design intent, project specifications, and manufacturing requirements.
- Review drawings and incorporate feedback from clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Provide technical support during production and installation stages.
- Maintain accurate drawing records and project documentation.
- Take site measurements/ surveys as and when required.
