As Team Lead Content (M/F/D), you lead LYNX’s Content Team and make sure content production is scalable, consistent, high-quality and aligned with our brand across every market we operate in.
You’ll coach internal writers, manage external equity contributors, set editorial and voice-and-tone standards, and build the systems that make strong content production repeatable.
This role combines genuine people leadership with hands-on editorial judgement, you set the quality bar and personally help the team hit it.
