About the Role
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support PU Prime’s hiring across MENA, with a strong focus on the Forex and CFD industry. You will identify, engage and recruit talent, particularly for Business Development, Partnerships, IB and Affiliate roles.
We welcome candidates from both in-house recruitment teams and recruitment agencies, provided they have experience recruiting for Forex and CFD brokerage firms.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviews, offers and candidate follow-up.
• Headhunt Forex and CFD professionals across MENA, with a particular focus on commercial and partnership roles.
• Build talent pipelines for Business Development Managers, Partnerships Managers, IB Managers, Affiliate Managers and sales leaders.
• Assess candidates’ industry knowledge, regional market experience, partner networks and commercial track records.
• Use LinkedIn, referrals, industry networks and direct outreach to engage active and passive candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver relevant shortlists.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and track progress against hiring targets.
• Deliver a professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
• Proven recruitment experience within the Forex and CFD industry is a must.
• In-house or recruitment agency experience is welcome; agency candidates must have recruited for Forex and CFD clients.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
• Strong understanding of the MENA talent market and brokerage hiring landscape.
• Familiarity with Forex commercial roles, including business development, IB acquisition and affiliate partnerships.
• Strong sourcing, headhunting, interviewing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work towards agreed hiring targets.
• Preferably based in Lebanon or Jordan.
