About The Share of Voice
The Share of Voice is a digital marketing agency working with businesses across the Middle East. We help brands grow through performance marketing, SEO & GEO, social media marketing, website development, e-commerce, strategy, and digital consultancy.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Closer / Business Development Executive to join our team full-time from our office.
While you will receive inbound opportunities, this is primarily an outbound sales role. We are looking for someone who can proactively build their own pipeline, reach decision-makers, create opportunities, and close new business.
What You'll Do
- Build and manage a consistent outbound sales pipeline.
- Prospect and approach potential clients through LinkedIn, email, calls, WhatsApp, networking, and other relevant channels.
- Identify decision-makers and create qualified sales opportunities.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand the prospect's business, challenges, objectives, and budget.
- Present The Share of Voice's services and recommend the right solution.
- Manage and convert inbound leads alongside outbound opportunities.
- Follow up consistently throughout the sales cycle.
- Handle objections and negotiate commercial terms.
- Prepare and present proposals when required.
- Close new clients and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, follow-ups, opportunities, and deal stages.
- Build long-term client relationships that generate retainers, upselling, cross-selling, and referrals.
- Work closely with management and the marketing team to continuously improve sales messaging, offers, targeting, and lead-generation strategies.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of proven B2B outbound sales experience.
- Strong experience generating your own leads and sales opportunities.
- Proven ability to prospect, qualify, negotiate, follow up, and close.
- Experience selling services, solutions, retainers, or other high-value B2B offerings.
- Previous experience in digital marketing, advertising, SaaS, technology, consulting, or agency sales is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Confidence dealing directly with founders, CEOs, CMOs, business owners, and senior decision-makers.
- Strong objection-handling and closing skills.
- Highly organized with disciplined follow-up habits.
- Comfortable working against clear sales KPIs and revenue targets.
- Fluent English is required. Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Experience selling within the UAE, Saudi Arabia, or the wider GCC market is an advantage.
- Must be available to work full-time from the office. This is not a remote position.
How Success Will Be Measured
Performance will be measured through:
- Qualified outbound opportunities generated
- Sales meetings booked
- Pipeline value generated
- Proposal-to-close conversion rate
- New clients acquired
- Monthly closed revenue
- Average deal value
- Sales cycle length
- CRM and follow-up discipline
This position is best suited for someone who does not wait for leads to arrive.
If you know how to identify the right companies, reach senior decision-makers, start conversations, build trust, handle objections, and turn opportunities into signed business, we want to hear from you.
