Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Architect & Project Manager. The role involves leading architectural and interior design projects from concept through completion, including developing design proposals, preparing drawings and specifications, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders. The Architect & Project Manager will oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations and regulatory requirements. Daily activities include managing communication with clients, consultants, and contractors, reviewing technical documentation, facilitating design reviews, and supporting integration of design solutions with any related systems or software. The role also requires proactive risk management, regular progress reporting, and continuous improvement of processes and standards across projects.
Qualifications
- * Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and technical detailing.
- Experience in Project Management, including planning, coordination, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.
- Understanding of Integration between architectural design and related systems or technologies; familiarity with Software Development processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM platforms, and visualization software).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated experience delivering architectural or interior design projects in commercial, hospitality, or residential sectors.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management abilities, with capacity to manage multiple projects remotely.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary and international teams.
- Knowledge of regional building codes, standards, and permitting processes in KSA and/or UAE is an advantage.
- Commitment to sustainable design principles and attention to detail in both design quality and documentation.
