JAMCO Trading is looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated Junior Data Entry & Logistics Operations Officer to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will support our Logistics Department by ensuring accurate data entry, maintaining logistics documentation, and coordinating daily operational activities.
🔹 Key Responsibilities

Accurately enter and update logistics, orders, and delivery information.

Prepare and organize invoices, delivery notes, and related documentation.

Track deliveries, pending orders, and returns.

Coordinate with warehouse, sales, accounting, and logistics teams.

Maintain accurate records and assist with daily and weekly reporting.

Identify and report data discrepancies to ensure smooth operations.
🔹 Requirements

Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

1-2 years of relevant experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication, coordination, and time-management abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
-
Good command of English and Arabic; French is a plus.

Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
