We’re looking for a motivated, proactive, and results-driven Affiliate Specialist to join our team and develop strong partnerships across multiple international markets.
If you have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a commercial mindset, and a passion for building long-term business relationships, this opportunity could be for you!
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruit, onboard, and develop new affiliate partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates.
Negotiate commission rates, partnership terms, and cooperation agreements.
Identify new traffic sources and opportunities to increase revenue.
Monitor affiliate performance and develop strategies to improve results.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational, technical, and payment-related issues.
Track KPIs, analyze performance data, and prepare regular reports.
Explore market trends and identify new business opportunities across international markets.
What We’re Looking ForPrevious experience in affiliate management, account management, sales, or business development.
Experience in a fast-paced, high-stakes digital industry.
An existing network of affiliates or agents is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with CRM systems, Google Sheets, and Excel.
Fluency in Arabic and English; Turkish and French are a plus.
A proactive, organized, and commercially minded individual who can work toward targets and identify growth opportunities.
