We’re Hiring: Business Development Associate at LYXA!

Are you a people person with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills? Do you enjoy discovering new opportunities, meeting business owners, and turning conversations into successful partnerships?

What you’ll be doing:

Identify and approach potential merchants, brands, and businesses to join LYXA.
Pitch LYXA’s value proposition and negotiate partnership agreements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants.
Help existing partners improve their performance and generate more orders.
Research the market, monitor competitors, and identify new business opportunities.
Contribute to LYXA’s growth by bringing exciting new businesses onto the platform.
What we’re looking for:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for business development and sales.
Strong relationship-building and problem-solving abilities.
The ability to work independently and meet targets.
A valid driving license and your own car are required for this role.
Must be residing in the Matn area.
Availability for a full-time position.
