Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Beirut for a Revit Architect Modeler / Drafter. The role involves developing detailed architectural models and drawings using Revit, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project specifications and design standards. The Revit Architect Modeler / Drafter will coordinate with architects and engineers, integrate structural and MEP elements into architectural models, and update documentation as designs evolve. Daily tasks include preparing plans, sections, elevations, and details, organizing model elements and sheets, and supporting the project team with revisions and technical documentation. The role also includes collaborating on project timelines, maintaining file organization, and adhering to quality and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- * Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into precise Revit models and drawings.
- Experience with Software Development and Integration as they relate to BIM workflows, Revit add-ins, and coordination between different design platforms.
- Proficiency in Project Management principles, including organizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and coordinating with multidisciplinary project teams.
- Advanced Revit proficiency, including family creation, worksharing, and model optimization; familiarity with other design tools (AutoCAD, BIM-related software) is an asset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a closely related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to interpret and apply local codes, standards, and client requirements.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders in a structured project environment.
- Previous experience in an engineering or architectural consultancy, particularly on residential, commercial, or civil projects, is highly beneficial.
