Role Description The Senior Travel Consultant is a full-time remote role responsible for managing complex travel itineraries and delivering an exceptional client experience from inquiry to trip completion. This role includes consulting with clients to understand their preferences and budget, designing customized travel plans, and coordinating multi-destination itineraries in Saudi Arabia and beyond. Daily tasks involve handling reservations and ticketing, managing changes and cancellations, and ensuring all travel arrangements are accurate and compliant with relevant policies. The Senior Travel Consultant also responds to client inquiries, resolves issues promptly, liaises with suppliers and partners, and maintains up-to-date knowledge of destinations, travel regulations, and industry trends. The role requires independent work, clear communication, and consistent follow-through to ensure each journey is seamless and stress-free for clients.
Qualifications
- * Demonstrated expertise in Travel Consulting and Travel Management, including designing complex, multi-destination itineraries.
- Strong skills in organizing Travel Arrangements and handling Reservations across airlines, hotels, transportation, and activities.
- Proven Customer Service skills, with the ability to manage client expectations, handle issues, and communicate clearly and professionally.
- Experience working remotely with excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Saudi Arabia and regional destinations, including cultural awareness and familiarity with travel regulations, is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with travel booking systems and GDS platforms, as well as common office and communication tools.
- Several years of experience in a senior or advanced travel consulting role; relevant certifications or a diploma in travel, tourism, or hospitality are an advantage.
- Ability to work with diverse clients and partners in a gender-neutral, inclusive, and non-discriminatory manner.
