As our Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/w/d), you will take the lead in identifying, approaching, and engaging top talent across every function of our global business. You will own your talent pipeline end-to-end, partnering directly with hiring managers to source for our most crucial roles across tech, marketing, sales, operations, and more. This is a high-impact, generalist position where you will shape the future talent base of PERGOLUX and grow into a strategic recruiting partner as the company scales.
PERGOLUX designs, manufactures, and sells Scandinavian-inspired outdoor living products, from pergolas to garden furniture, directly to consumers. Founded in Norway, we are a team of around 300 people generating 9-figure revenue across 8 markets in Europe, Australia, North America, and Latin America, and we are part of our Culture & Talent team.
What You'll Do
- Identify, engage, and convert top talent through proactive sourcing strategies across platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and XING
- Own the full candidate research and outreach process, crafting compelling messages and personalized candidate journeys
- Act as a strategic recruiting partner to multiple hiring teams, collaborating closely to understand role requirements and team needs
- Build and maintain talent pools for recurring roles in tech, marketing, sales, operations, and beyond
- Contribute to recruitment analytics and reporting, and represent PERGOLUX at career events, fairs, and networking meetups when needed
What You'll Bring
- * At least 3 to 4 years of recruiting experience, ideally with a focus on active sourcing
- Strong command of sourcing strategies, tools, and Boolean search techniques, with hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, XING TalentManager, or similar platforms
- A generalist mindset with the ability to source for diverse functions and seniority levels
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, paired with a self-starter mentality and strong business understanding
- Fluency in English (C1+); German (C1+) and familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems (e.g. Ashby, Personio,) are a plus.
- A valid residence and work permit for Germany is required
