BGM Group is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Structural Engineer specialized in high-rise buildings and skyscrapers to join our growing engineering team and support structural engineering projects in the United States.
This is a 100% remote, full-time CDI position, offering the opportunity to work on U.S.-based engineering projects while collaborating with architects, civil engineers, and multidisciplinary project teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, develop, and update structural engineering drawings, digital models, and project documentation using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Work specifically on high-rise buildings, towers, and skyscraper projects.
- Develop and coordinate structural systems for complex and multi-story buildings.
- Coordinate technical deliverables with architects, civil engineers, MEP engineers, and other project stakeholders.
- Develop drawings and documentation in accordance with applicable U.S. structural engineering standards, building codes, and project requirements.
- Work with imperial measurement units (feet/inches).
- Review structural drawings, technical information, and project documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Communicate project progress, design changes, technical questions, and potential structural issues clearly with the engineering team.
- Support project coordination and contribute to the successful delivery of large-scale U.S. projects.
Requirements
- Degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering with a structural specialization, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience working on high-rise buildings, towers, or skyscrapers is required.
- Strong knowledge of structural systems used in multi-story and high-rise construction.
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Familiarity with U.S. structural engineering standards, building codes, and project requirements is highly preferred.
- Comfortable working with imperial units (feet/inches).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical documentation.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fully remote environment.
- Strong communication, organization, and project coordination skills.
