#Hiring: Stock controller

We are looking for a Stock Controller to manage inventory and stock movements across Inanna Resort, Nanaya Beach, Serenata Venue, and Nabu Museum, while supporting cost control, financial reporting, and daily reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage stock movements, orders, deliveries, and inventory counts
• Verify deliveries, purchase orders, and supplier invoices
• Maintain organized and secure stock rooms
• Prepare stock, consumption, and inventory reports
• Monitor variances and support cost control
• Coordinate with department heads and Finance
• Prepare daily sales and cash reconciliations
• Assist with invoice verification, month-end inventory, and financial reporting
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Supply Chain
• 1–3 years of relevant experience; luxury hospitality preferred
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, accounting & cost control
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory/POS systems (Omega or similar)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and discreet
• Fluent in English & Arabic; French is a plus
