We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with mandatory agency experience and strong exposure to the Saudi (KSA) market to join our team in Dbayeh. This role is ideal for a highly creative and strategic thinker who has led digital campaigns within an agency environment and understands the pace, pressure, and standards of top-tier client work.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the creative development of integrated digital campaigns from concept to execution
• Develop key visuals, campaign systems, and full rollout toolkits
• Design high-impact social media content tailored for the KSA market
• Translate briefs into strong, strategic visual concepts
• Work closely with strategy, content, and account teams in a fast-paced agency setting
• Present creative concepts confidently to internal teams and clients
• Ensure quality control and consistency across all deliverables
• Maintain awareness of digital trends and cultural nuances within Saudi Arabia
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in a creative or advertising agency (mandatory)
• Proven experience working on KSA brands or campaigns
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, branding, and social media systems
• Deep understanding of Saudi market aesthetics, tone, and audience behavior
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus)
• Experience designing for performance marketing and paid media campaigns
• Strong conceptual thinking and storytelling ability
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Arabic is a strong advantage
