We are hiring!
LACECO is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveying professional to join our Beirut office and lead the continued development of our multidisciplinary QS function, supporting projects across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Syria and the wider MENA region.
This is not a conventional QS management role. We are looking for someone who combines strong technical expertise with the leadership, curiosity and digital mindset required to rethink how Quantity Surveying is delivered in an increasingly digital and AI-driven industry.
A central part of the mandate will be to lead the practical integration of AI into our QS processes, enhancing how we develop and review specifications and Bills of Quantities, analyse cost data, compare design revisions, identify inconsistencies, capture lessons learned and retrieve knowledge from previous projects.
We are looking for someone who brings:
• A bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or a related discipline
• A minimum of 12-15 years of relevant Quantity Surveying and cost-management experience
• Strong experience in a multidisciplinary design consultancy or comparable environment
• Broad knowledge of pre-contract QS services across the design lifecycle
• Proven leadership, quality-control and team-development capability
• Experience coordinating architectural, civil and MEP quantities and specifications
• A genuine interest in AI, BIM, data and the future of Quantity Surveying
• The ability to translate technology into practical and reliable improvements in quality and productivity
• The ambition to build a resilient, knowledge-driven and digitally enabled QS function
If you are interested in shaping, not simply managing, the future of Quantity Surveying at LACECO, please submit your CV to layane.khaled@consertus.com and Hrdep@consertus.com , quoting “QS Manager – Lebanon” in the subject line.
