About the Role:
We are seeking a highly talented and experienced Digital Art Director to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital design and a proven track record of creating visually stunning, effective campaigns across social media platforms and digital channels.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualise and execute innovative visual solutions for a diverse range of clients and projects, with a focus on digital platforms.
- Lead and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance and ensuring creative excellence.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and other team members to develop integrated campaigns that align with client objectives.
- Stay abreast of the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices in the digital advertising landscape.
- Present creative concepts and rationale to clients in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Maintain a high level of quality control and attention to detail throughout the design process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as an Art Director at a reputable advertising agency.
- Extensive experience in digital design, with a strong portfolio showcasing social media campaigns, digital ads, and other online content.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for creativity and a strong understanding of digital marketing trends.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing.
- Familiarity with web design principles and UX/UI best practices.
- Knowledge of Arabic language and culture.
