Join Us as a Projects & Organizational Lead
We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our team in the Operations Division. In this role, you will manage LIA Assurex’s enterprise-wide portfolio, programs, and projects end-to-end, and to drive corporate and organizational excellence by embedding PMO governance frameworks, insurance regulatory guidelines, and Policies & Procedures (across Underwriting, Reinsurance, IT, PMO & Digital Transformation, and other business functions) by leading business process reengineering and AS-IS/TO-BE mapping, while partnering with the Digital Hub/DT function, which retains ownership of digital solutioning and build.
