ROLE PURPOSE:
The Senior HCM Techno-Functional and Solution Architect Consultant is responsible to support Ajlan Bros Co. and it’s lines of business to provide digital transformation services for Corporate HR Department in accordance with the established policies, guidelines, directives, regulatory and Ajlan Bros Co. Requirements, and overall direction of the Ajlan Bros Strategy.
Reporting to the application manager is providing Oracle fusion HCMS Project Delivery to meet business needs of the company.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES
3 Responsible to define system requirements, design the purpose solutions, configure the software to generate the new reports, formulas, functions and reports as need it.
4 Develop and deliver requirements specifications, Gap analysis, technical designs, software mapping documents, and process flows for application configuration, interface and conversion.
5 Make sure the development/ integration/ implementation process goes smoothly from start to finish and successful and timely implementation. Also ensure that efficiency of integration between HR and finance related to cost factors have successfully completed and any other integration with Payroll module like time attendance working with the proper way.
6 Make sure that all testing process of the software is not difficult to analyze any errors, correction and easy to modify.
7 Responsible for performing day-to- day maintenance in the system, as well as installing new upgrades and testing bugs.
8 Responsible for optimizing the system for easy use, and training employees in its functions, organize training programs to educate employees as efficiency and possible.
Qualification, Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Language:
Arabic and English is a must
Technical Skills:
Deliver end user & Key user training, CRP and UAT.
