About the Role
To support our rapidly growing operations, we are seeking detail-oriented and proactive Import-Export Specialists to manage our international trade documentation and logistics. Based in our Jorf Lasfar office, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless movement of goods and materials that fuel our global supply chain.
Responsibilities
- Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare, audit, and submit all import/export documentation (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, etc.)
- Ensure full compliance with customs regulations to avoid delays or penalties
- Maintain organized filing systems and update document templates in line with policy changes

Accurately input key logistics data into our management systems

Logistics Tracking & Coordination
- Track cargo status in real-time to ensure on-time delivery
- Provide import/export support to the logistics team for seamless operations

Liaise with external partners including customs, warehouses, and transport companies for smooth clearance and delivery

Client & Stakeholder Communication
- Communicate with clients to understand their import/export needs and provide professional consulting
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, managers) to align on documentation requirements and progress
Qualifications
- Education (Mandatory)

Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, Customs (Douane), International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

Experience (Key Requirement)
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar Import-Export role
- Familiarity with international trade processes and logistics management
Required Skills
- Technical & Operational Skills
- Solid understanding of import/export business processes and strong operational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (PPT, Word, Excel) and other office automation tools

Knowledge of shipping, international freight, and customs regulations

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
