Role Description The Spa Therapist role at Mellow Meadow Wellness Spa is a full-time, on-site position based in Doha, Qatar. The Spa Therapist will perform a range of spa treatments, including facials, body therapies, manicures, and pedicures, in line with spa standards and protocols. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their needs, recommending suitable treatments, and ensuring a relaxing and positive experience from arrival to departure. The role also involves maintaining treatment rooms and equipment, upholding hygiene and safety standards, and supporting front-of-house tasks such as scheduling and client follow-up when needed. The Spa Therapist will work closely with the spa team to promote services, support repeat business, and contribute to a harmonious and professional work environment.
Qualifications
* Strong foundation in spa treatments and cosmetology, including knowledge of wellness and beauty practices.
* Practical experience performing facials and related skin care services with attention to client comfort and safety.
* Skilled in pedicures and basic nail care, with an eye for hygiene, detail, and presentation.
* Proven customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, and build positive client relationships.
* Relevant certification or diploma in cosmetology, spa therapy, or a related field.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by spa operations.
* Professional appearance, reliability, and strong time-management skills.
* Experience in a spa, salon, or wellness center environment is preferred; familiarity with Doha or the Gulf region is an advantage.
