Role Description The Software Delivery Manager – Presales is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi. This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of IoT and smart metering software solutions, coordinating closely with presales teams to translate client requirements into technical and delivery plans. Day-to-day activities include managing implementation timelines, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring that projects meet quality, budget, and customer satisfaction targets. The role also involves supporting presales activities by preparing solution proposals, participating in client meetings and demos, and providing delivery-related insights to shape viable solutions. The Software Delivery Manager will monitor project performance, identify risks, and work with internal stakeholders and clients to resolve issues and continuously improve delivery processes.

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
* Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.
