Social Media Specialist / Account Manager
BSM House is looking for someone who understands the client before starting their marketing journey.
Responsibilities:
• Communicate directly with clients and manage their accounts.
• Conduct brief meetings and understand each project, its objectives, and target audience.
• Translate client briefs into clear marketing plans for the team.
• Develop and manage social media and content plans.
• Coordinate with content creators, designers, photographers, and video editors.
• Monitor advertising campaigns and analyze performance and results.
• Prepare reports and discuss results with clients.
• Maintain client satisfaction and ensure all deliverables are completed and submitted on time.
Requirements:
• Experience in social media and digital marketing.
• Experience in account management and client communication.
• Good knowledge of Meta Ads and campaign performance analysis.
• Strong communication, presentation, and follow-up skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts.
• Previous experience in a marketing agency is preferred.
