Why this role matters
As our Social Media Specialist, you help shape and execute the social media presence of PME Legend, Cast Iron and Vanguard across organic social, paid social, influencer marketing and UGC.
You turn ideas into campaigns, work with creators and agencies, support content productions and use performance data to continuously improve what we do. You are not here just to fill a content calendar.
You are here to help make PME Legend more relevant, visible and distinctive across social media.What you’ll do
- Develop, plan, execute and analyze our organic social media calendar;
- Create, manage and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn;
- Support the rollout of PME Legend, Cast Iron and Vanguard across new markets;
- Develop and execute influencer marketing and UGC strategies;
- Work with creators, external agencies and internal teams to deliver strong campaigns;
- Support shoots and content production;
- Monitor social media and campaign performance and turn data into actions;
- Spot emerging social trends and translate them into relevant content opportunities;
- Report on results and provide clear recommendations for improvement.

- Organic, paid, influencer and UGC activity work together more effectively;

What you bring
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field;
- 3+ years of experience in social media marketing and paid social advertising;
- Experience with influencer marketing and/or user-generated content (UGC);
- A creative, energetic and proactive mindset;
- The ability to translate performance data into actions;
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics and social media management platforms.

Pay transparencyFor this P1 role, we work with a salary range that reflects the level, scope and responsibility of the position. Based on a full-time 40-hour week, the salary range is based on the annual P1 salary band.
Your final salary depends on your experience, background, ecommerce expertise, platform knowledge, product data experience, project management skills and the level of ownership you bring to the role.
