We’re Hiring: Social Media Specialist 📱✨
Misr Radiology Center (MRC) is looking for a creative, trend-driven Social Media Specialist to join our Marketing Team and help strengthen our digital presence across multiple platforms.

What You’ll Do Plan and manage content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn * Develop creative concepts for posts, Reels, Stories, TikToks, and campaigns * Stay ahead of social media trends, formats, sounds, and content opportunities * Write engaging Arabic and English social media copy * Coordinate with the marketing and design teams to bring content ideas to life * Manage publishing and maintain a consistent brand presence across platforms * Monitor engagement, comments, messages, and audience interactions * Track performance and report on key KPIs, including reach, engagement, growth, and conversions * Use performance insights to continuously optimize content * Support digital campaigns, seasonal campaigns, events, and activations * Monitor competitors and identify new content opportunities * Ensure healthcare content is communicated accurately and responsibly * Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid social media campaigns*, particularly across Meta platforms * Manage campaign objectives, targeting, budgets, placements, and scheduling
What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience in social media management * Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and content formats * Excellent Arabic and English writing and copywriting skills * Strong creative sense and understanding of visual content * Experience with social media analytics and performance reporting * Good understanding of paid social media advertising * Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines * A proactive, collaborative mindset and the ability to work within a creative marketing team*
A plus: Experience in healthcare, medical, wellness, or service-based brands; Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager; Reels and TikTok creation; Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut; and basic knowledge of Google Analytics/GA4.
