L&V Elite is growing its Marketing Team and is urgently hiring an experienced Social Media Specialist to lead our social presence for real estate development projects.
Location: Qesm El Maadi, Cairo, Egypt
Working days: Sunday to Thursday, full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create and manage social media calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
- Build campaigns that drive awareness, leads and sales for real estate and property development projects
- Manage paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) including targeting, budgets and optimization
- Monitor performance, analyze KPIs and deliver monthly reports with actionable insights
- Work closely with the Content Creator and Graphic Designer to deliver high-quality, on-brand content
- Manage community engagement and respond to inquiries professionally
- Track market trends and competitor activity in the Egyptian and Gulf real estate markets
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in social media marketing
- Mandatory: proven experience on real estate development projects or with real estate developers in the Gulf
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Strong portfolio showcasing relevant real estate campaigns and measurable results
- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager and analytics tools
- Creative mindset with excellent communication and organizational skills
