CodeZone is looking for a Content Creator & Social Media Specialist to join our Business Development team and manage our content and social media presence across our software solutions and CodeZone Academy.
The ideal candidate should be able to turn technical and business topics into clear, engaging content that connects with B2B audiences and supports brand awareness and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging Arabic & English content for social media, including posts, carousels, reels, short videos, infographics, articles, and case studies.
- Manage monthly content calendars across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Write copy for campaigns, landing pages, newsletters, and marketing materials.
- Translate technical software features into clear business-focused content.
- Publish, schedule, and monitor social media content.
- Follow platform trends and adapt them to CodeZone's brand voice.
- Coordinate with Sales, Product, HR, and Academy teams to develop relevant content.
- Support product launches, campaigns, events, exhibitions, and employer branding activities.
- Monitor content performance and provide insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in Content Creation and Social Media.
- Excellent Arabic & English copywriting skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics.
- Hands-on experience with Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or CapCut.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and content streams.
- Experience in B2B, Technology, SaaS, ERP, or software is a strong advantage.
- Basic knowledge of paid social media and SEO is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI content tools is a plus.
