As a global leader in veterinary pharmaceuticals, we're investing in our manufacturing capabilities and are looking for an experienced Site Engineering Manager to lead engineering operations at our Bladel site.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of site engineering performance, lead major capital projects, develop high-performing teams, and drive operational excellence in a growing international business.
The Impact You'll Make
You'll play a critical role in ensuring our facilities, equipment and engineering processes support current operations and future growth. Working closely with Production, Quality and Site Leadership teams, you'll help deliver a safe, efficient and continuously improving manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Engineering Leadership
- Lead, coach and develop the site engineering team.
- Build a culture of accountability, safety and continuous improvement.
- Drive engagement, capability development and performance.
Operational Excellence
- Improve equipment reliability, availability and manufacturing efficiency.
- Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing and TPM methodologies.
- Ensure engineering activities support production and business objectives.
Projects & CAPEX
- Manage engineering and facilities projects from concept through completion.
- Lead equipment installation, commissioning and validation activities.
- Develop and manage CAPEX budgets and project plans.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve quality, productivity and cost performance.
- Lead process optimisation and defect reduction initiatives.
- Support the introduction of new technology, equipment and manufacturing processes.
What We're Looking For
- Proven engineering leadership experience within a Pharmaceuticals manufacturing environment.
- Experience leading engineering teams, projects and budgets.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM and continuous improvement.
- Experience working within GMP.
- Demonstrated success delivering capital investment projects.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Fluent in Dutch and English
