Role Description The Site Engineer role at NABCO GROUP is a contract, on-site position based in the Eastern Region. The Site Engineer will oversee daily construction and installation activities, ensuring work is executed according to design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. Responsibilities include coordinating with civil and structural teams, supervising site staff and subcontractors, monitoring progress against schedules, and resolving technical issues that arise during implementation. The role also involves conducting inspections, preparing site reports, supporting quality control procedures, and liaising with project managers and clients to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.

- Ability to work effectively in on-site environments, particularly in industrial and construction settings in the Eastern Region.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Knowledge quality control processes, site inspections, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Knowledge of structural engineering principles and their application to civil and industrial projects.
- Background as a civil engineer, with practical experience in supervising construction activities and interpreting technical drawings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Architectural or a related engineering discipline.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering and project management software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, MS Project or similar).
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under time constraints.
- Hold valid driving license
- Willingness to travel and relocate to project locations wherever required.
