Nadinco Constructions is looking for a Finishing Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
- * Execute and follow up on finishing works on-site in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
- Inspect and monitor finishing activities, including plastering, painting, tiling, flooring, gypsum works, ceilings, doors, windows, and other architectural finishes.
- Review architectural drawings and ensure their correct implementation on-site.
- Coordinate with the site team, subcontractors, and other engineering disciplines to resolve technical issues.
- Follow up on daily site activities to ensure work is progressing according to the project schedule.
- Inspect completed works, identify defects, and follow up on the required rectifications.
- Check finishing materials delivered to the site and ensure they comply with the required specifications.
- Report daily progress, site observations, and technical issues to the direct supervisor.
- Ensure that executed works comply with approved quality standards and project requirements.
- Adhere to site safety regulations and company policies.
Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
* 3–5 years of experience* in finishing works within construction projects.
* Good knowledge of finishing materials, execution methods, and quality standards.
* Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD.
* Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work effectively within a site engineering team.
Important: This is a site execution role, not a managerial position. The candidate will report to the direct site supervisor or Project Manager and will be responsible for executing and following up on assigned finishing activities.
