Job DescriptionThe Subscription Services Contract Manager is assigned on the subscription contracts for the Software as a Service (SaaS). The candidate is assigned to the contracts with Europe, Middle East, India and Africa to ensure the internal license orders, remote implantation, and yearly software updates are delivered. Moreover, the assigned candidate will be acting as a single point of contacts for our subscribers ensuring operational delivery and excellence, contractual and financial deliverables, customer satisfaction, and renewals.
