ServiceNow Platform Architect | Saudi Arabia
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect to join our team in Saudi Arabia and take a leading role in shaping the architecture, governance, and strategic direction of a large-scale ServiceNow platform.
This is an opportunity for a senior ServiceNow professional who can operate at both enterprise architecture and strategic advisory level, working closely with business and technology leaders to drive platform maturity, standardisation, optimisation, and long-term value.
üîπ Key Responsibilities
- Define and establish ServiceNow platform architecture principles, standards, and governance frameworks across a large enterprise environment.
- Act as the Design Authority, providing architectural oversight and ensuring solutions align with enterprise standards and strategic objectives.
- Lead architecture reviews, identify and manage technical debt, and drive platform standardisation and optimisation.
- Develop and maintain the ServiceNow platform strategy and roadmap, aligned with wider business and technology objectives.
- Serve as the ServiceNow Impact Architect, providing strategic guidance on:
- Platform maturity and adoption
- Value realisation
- Roadmap planning
- Continuous improvement
- Platform optimisation
- Partner with senior business and technology stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into scalable ServiceNow architecture.
- Provide architectural leadership across major platform initiatives and ensure consistent design and governance.
üîπ What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Platform Architect or in a comparable senior ServiceNow architecture role.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform governance, enterprise architecture, architecture standards, and design authority.
- Proven experience establishing and enforcing platform architecture principles and governance frameworks within large-scale enterprise environments.
- Demonstrable experience leading architecture reviews, managing technical debt, and driving standardisation and optimisation.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform strategy, maturity, adoption, and value realisation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior business and technology leaders.
- Strategic mindset combined with the ability to provide practical architectural direction and leadership.
