ROLE PURPOSEThe aim is to state the overall significance of the job from the organization’s perspective.The role exists to execute and coordinate engineering and facilities projects from planning through completion by supporting project requirements, schedules, budgets, contractors, and stakeholders. The role contributes to the effective delivery of projects by monitoring progress, coordinating technical and operational activities, managing project risks and issues, and ensuring deliverables meet approved scope, quality, cost, and timeline requirements.

- * Project Planning & Coordination
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables for assigned engineering and facilities projects.
- Coordinate project activities from initiation through implementation and close-out.
- Ensure project requirements and dependencies are clearly identified and monitored.
- Project Execution & Delivery
- Coordinate the execution of engineering, facilities, and turnkey projects in accordance with approved scope and requirements.
- Monitor project progress against agreed timelines and deliverables.
- Support effective project handover and close-out activities.
- Scope & Requirements Management
- Coordinate with stakeholders to identify and document project requirements and scope.
- Review project requirements and changes and assess their impact on project delivery.
- Maintain alignment between approved requirements and project deliverables.
- Cost & Schedule Monitoring
- Monitor project schedules, costs, and resource requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify variances against approved plans and support appropriate corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate project progress and cost information.
- Contractor & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and service providers throughout project execution.
- Monitor delivery against contractual and project requirements.
- Follow up on outstanding actions and support resolution of delivery issues.
- Technical Coordination & Quality
- Coordinate technical requirements with engineering teams, consultants, and relevant stakeholders.
- Support review of project designs, technical submissions, and project deliverables.
- Monitor compliance with approved specifications and quality requirements.
- Risk & Issue Management
- Identify and monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Coordinate mitigation and corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.
- Escalate significant risks or delays in a timely manner.
- Project Reporting & Stakeholder Management
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and progress updates for relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation, decisions, approvals, and records.
- Coordinate project meetings and communicate progress, risks, and key actions to stakeholders.
- Policies, Processes & Procedures
- Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Comply with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.

- Comply with all relevant information security practices and standards to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
JOB SPECIFICATIONSAcademic And Professional Qualifications
- * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent are preferred.
Years And Nature Of Experience
- * 4–6 years of relevant experience in project management, engineering projects, facilities projects, construction, or related fields.
