We are looking for a Senior Security Solutions Architect to join our team and play a key role in managing, securing, and supporting enterprise security and network infrastructure, with strong hands-on experience in security and network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, monitor, troubleshoot, and support FortiGate, Palo Alto, and Citrix NetScaler firewalls.
- Manage CrowdStrike EDR and CrowdStrike SIEM, including security monitoring, alert analysis, investigation, and incident handling.
- Administer and troubleshoot switching, routing, wireless access points, and SD-WAN infrastructure.
- Monitor firewall, Internet, network, and security activities and respond to security incidents and operational issues.
- Provide troubleshooting and operational support for Microsoft-related security technologies.
- Monitor and coordinate security patches, firmware updates, and security updates across the infrastructure.
- Identify potential security and infrastructure issues and provide effective solutions to maintain security, availability, and performance.
- Support the continuous improvement of security and network infrastructure through effective monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Requirements:
- Senior-level candidate with at least 3 years of relevant experience in Security and Network Infrastructure.
- Strong hands-on experience with FortiGate, Palo Alto, and Citrix NetScaler.
- Practical experience with CrowdStrike EDR and SIEM.
- Strong knowledge of networking, switching, routing, wireless, and SD-WAN.
- Experience in security monitoring, incident investigation, and response.
- Good understanding of Microsoft security technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle critical security and infrastructure issues effectively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Cairo residents are preferred.
