The ProjectExperienced Quality Assurance and Quality Control professional with extensive years of delivering quality excellence on major infrastructure, civil, utilities, industrial, and building developments. Acting on behalf of the Client and PMO within a PMC environment, responsible for ensuring contractors, consultants, and suppliers deliver works in full compliance with contractual requirements, project specifications, applicable standards, and regulatory requirements.
Reporting directly to the QA/QC Director, responsible for leading site quality teams, driving quality assurance initiatives, managing inspections and audits, resolving non-conformances, and promoting continuous improvement across all project phases from design through commissioning and handover.

Key Responsibilities
- * Implement and maintain project quality management requirements and objectives.
- Monitor contractor compliance with approved Quality Management Systems (QMS), ITPs, procedures, and specifications.
- Lead quality audits, inspections, surveillance activities, and compliance assessments.
- Manage NCRs, corrective actions, preventive actions, and lessons learned processes.
- Review and approve quality documentation, method statements, testing records, and close-out dossiers.
- Coordinate quality requirements across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
- Develop quality performance reports and KPI dashboards for project leadership, PMO, and Client stakeholders.
- Support testing, commissioning, handover, and operational readiness activities.
- Promote a culture of quality excellence, continuous improvement, and right-first-time delivery.
- Champions a safety-first culture and values-led quality leadership.
- Directs quality management systems, audits, inspections, and compliance assurance.
- Drives quality risk management, defect resolution, and continuous improvement.
- Supports testing, commissioning, and handover, ensuring compliant delivery outcomes.
- Supervise quality assurance programmes, audits, certification, and management system governance.
- Provides strategic quality advice, risk mitigation, and performance reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Develops team capability through leadership, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drives stakeholder collaboration, supply chain assurance, and sustainability-focused delivery outcomes.
Qualifications & Certifications
- * Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification preferred.
- CQI, ASQ, IRCA, or equivalent professional quality certifications advantageous.
- Extensive QA/QC experience on major programmes.
- Strong knowledge of international quality standards, construction quality management systems, inspection processes, and project controls.
