We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of building projects from design through to handover. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of building projects, including commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments
- Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and risk management
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors
- Oversee procurement, contract administration, variations, and claims
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, local regulations, and project specifications
- Lead, mentor, and develop project teams, including engineers, planners, and site staff
- Prepare progress reports and present project status to senior management and clients
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
- [10+] years of experience in building construction, with at least [5+] years in a senior project management role
- Proven track record of managing large-scale building projects
- PMP or equivalent certification (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC or similar contracts, and of Primavera P6 and MS Project
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Regional experience is an advantage
