Senior Product Owner
About the RoleWe are looking for a hands-on Senior Product Owner to lead the delivery of our product. You will bridge the gap between Product, Engineering, AI/ML, and UX design. Your main goal is to turn product strategy into clear build plans. You will use fast AI prototyping, smart data insights, and agile delivery to build tools our users love.
Key Responsibilities
Agile Delivery & Documentation
- Write clear epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and edge cases for the dev team.
- Own and maintain all product documentation to keep teams aligned.
- Manage, refine, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and user data.
- Set sprint goals, plan releases, and lead all standard Scrum ceremonies.
- Track daily sprint progress, remove blockers, and fix production issues fast.
Integrations & API Management
- Lead integration projects with customers, partners, and third-party software.
AI Prototyping & Technical Discovery
- Use AI tools, code assistants, and no-code builders to create fast working mockups and PoCs.
- Run prompt engineering tests and simulations before engineering starts.
- Partner with Data Science on technical spikes to check API responses, model limits, and edge cases.
- Test early prototypes with stakeholders and users to get fast feedback.
AI & Machine Learning Integration
- Work with Data Engineers and ML teams to turn complex AI logic into user-friendly features.
- Define clear acceptance criteria, quality standards, and edge cases for ML models.
- Monitor AI performance in production and help tweak prompts and inputs over time.
Data Analytics & Insights
- Use tools like Mixpanel or Amplitude and write SQL queries to track user behavior and adoption.
- Set up feature tracking plans and post-launch KPIs.
- Turn user data and feedback into backlog updates and continuous product improvements.
Key RequirementsExperience & Skills
- BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner on modern SaaS or web platforms.
- AI & Data Skills: Experience building AI/ML features, data pipelines, or automation tools.
- Analytics Skills: Ability to write SQL queries and analyze product metrics to make decisions.
- Prototyping Skills: Experience using modern design tools (like Figma or Miro) and AI tools to build fast prototypes.
- Process & Technical Knowledge
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum/Kanban methods and tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Strong technical background in web systems, REST APIs, microservices, and data transfers.
Communication
- Clear, concise communicator who can align stakeholders and explain complex tech to non-technical teams.
- Excellent written and spoken English fluency.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
