🎯 What We’re Looking For:
• Strong experience in Media Buying & Performance Marketing
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
• Strong understanding of ROAS, ROI, CPA, CPL & Conversion Rates
• Ability to manage and optimize advertising budgets effectively
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Experience in testing and optimizing creatives, audiences, and campaigns
• Ability to scale successful campaigns and drive sustainable growth
• Experience in Beauty, Cosmetics, or E-commerce is a strong plus
