Role Objectives:
The Senior Director, Legal is the most senior legal leader, heading the full Legal function with a hands-on focus on commercial, contract management and litigation, reporting directly to the CEO. - Select, instruct and manage external counsel, including budgets, fee arrangements and performance.
- Maintain a live case register with exposure, provisions and status; report regularly to the CEO and Finance.
- Lead pre-litigation work: demand letters, debt recovery, amicable settlement and early resolution of supplier and customer disputes.
- Spot recurring dispute patterns and feed fixes back into contracts, policies and operations.
E-commerce & Digital Platform:
- Advise on Egyptian e-commerce, consumer protection, advertising and promotions, and data protection laws as they apply to the app and website.

- Develop legal policies, training and self-serve tools that let the business move faster with less legal friction.
- Set the Legal function's priorities, operating model and resourcing, and oversee the Regulatory and Corporate, Compliance & Governance pillars.
