Senior HR Manager – Sweden

ROA Talent is working with a leading international engineering and construction contractor to appoint a Senior HR Manager for its Swedish operations.
This is a hands-on leadership role offering the opportunity to take ownership of local HR operations while supporting the delivery of major technical construction projects.
The Role
- Lead HR operations, strategy and compliance across Sweden.
- Advise senior management on employee relations and employment legislation.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning.
- Manage HR policies, benefits and performance management.
- Work closely with European HR leadership and project teams.
What We're Looking For
- Strong HR management or senior HR business partnering experience.
- Excellent knowledge of Swedish employment law and labour relations.
- Experience within construction, engineering or project-based environments preferred.
- Fluent Swedish and English.
- Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on.
