Overview Of The Role:
The Senior HRBP will act as a trusted HR leader and advisor to the Executive Management team for Group Finance (Tax, FSSC, Treasury, Corporate Finance), Legal, Audit, Procurement and Communications within Corporate Services and all affiliated stakeholders and senior leadership team of Corporate Services ensuring alignment of human capital management with Al-Futtaim’s mission, vision, and values. The role involves leading all HR functions within the remit, supporting the implementation of HR strategies, and driving talent acquisition to attract the best talent, engagement, development, and retention.
What You Will Do:
- People Strategy & Organisation Effectiveness: Shape and drive the people strategy; lead organisation design, operating model and effectiveness initiatives; advise leaders through transformation and change.
- Workforce Strategy & Optimisation: Lead workforce planning and restructuring; optimise organisation shape, productivity, capability and people cost using workforce insights and analytics.
- Talent, Leadership & Capability: Own the talent agenda; lead talent reviews and succession for critical roles; challenge leadership on talent, performance and development decisions.
- Strategic Business Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to senior leaders; provide proactive challenge, anticipate people risks and influence business decisions.
- Employee Relations, Culture & Engagement: Provide senior counsel on complex people matters; strengthen accountability, culture, engagement and employee experience while managing organisational risk.
- Emiratisation & National Talent: Shape sustainable Emiratisation and national talent strategies, embedding attraction, development, retention and succession into workforce planning.
- People Governance, Reward & Commercial Stewardship: Provide senior oversight of HR governance, reward and people costs; challenge proposals, manage exceptions and ensure decisions are commercially sound and policy-aligned.

Required Skills To Be Successful:
- Change Management expertise, particularly in organizational and performance/compensation management.
- Strong capability in Recruitment & Selection processes and Employee Relations.
- High-level skills in business strategy, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- Proven ability to mentor and coach, promoting individual and team development.
What Qualifies You For The Role:
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Management; MBA or CIPD graduate preferred.
- 12+ years of HR Generalist experience with expertise in Employee and Industrial Relations.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner and leading HR teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication/interpersonal skills.
