Job Summary:
Responsible for hands-on electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, modification, testing, and repair activities on industrial electrical equipment and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot HV/MV/LV transformers and switchgear.
- Work on HV/MV/LV cables and terminations.
- Maintain MV/LV MCCs and motors.
- Troubleshoot PLC, VFD and UPS systems.
- Maintain lighting, cathodic protection systems, hoists, and electrical systems of flares.
- Work with motor and feeder protection relays.
- Troubleshoot electrical equipment, control systems, and power circuits.
- Read SLDs, machine sketches, and complex control schematics.
- Use multimeters, Meggers, and related testing/calibration instruments.
- Follow PTW, LOTO, HSEQ, and plant safety procedures
Requirements
- Technical Diploma in Electrical trade (12+3 years).
- Minimum 7 years relevant hands-on experience in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical/Fertilizer industry.
- Strong industrial electrical maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
- Working-level English reading, writing, and comprehension.
- Good knowledge of electrical safety, PTW, and LOTO.
