Leads end-to-end site masterplanning for large-scale, multi-venue mega events. You'll turn the client's high-level vision into a full implementation plan for each event cycle, covering venue footprint, infrastructure, resources and timelines
Heads a large multidisciplinary planning team: allocating design, drafting and F&B planning work, keeping delivery on track, and acting as the client's single point of accountability for performance and output
This is a hands-on producing role. You'll personally develop masterplans, zoning, dimensioned layouts and end-to-end visitor journeys, not just oversee them
Runs needs assessments, feasibility and validation studies, and benchmarks against comparable global events to shape the best solution for each site
Works as a trusted advisor to senior client leadership, integrating requirements from marketing, sponsorship, talent, media and operations into one coherent site plan
Requirements
* Senior Director grade, with a minimum of 12 years' relevant experience
At least two complete delivery cycles of events of comparable scale (mega-event, multi-venue, Mega sporting event )
Venue master planning, zoning, dimensioned layouts and end-to-end visitor journeys produced personally
Stakeholder integration across marketing, sponsorships, influencers and players
