Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
Business analysis involves identifying business needs, recommending solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of those solutions. It focuses on understanding the current organizational structure, processes, and systems to identify areas for improvement. Through data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving, business analysts facilitate change and drive business growth
Responsibilities
Oversee full-cycle business analysis for strategic IT initiatives
Work with executives and teams to define and document high-level requirements
Guide solution design and process reengineering efforts
Mentor junior analysts and enforce BA best practices
Lead UAT strategy and ensure business objectives are met
Qualifications
6+ years of BA experience with 2+ in a lead role
Certifications like CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred
Familiar with enterprise tools and cloud platforms
Bachelors in IT, Computer Science, Business, related field, or equivalent experience
Deep knowledge of BA frameworks and Agile methodologies
Skilled in process modeling and business case preparation
