Kurppa Hosk is looking for a Senior Brand Designer to join our team in Stockholm!In this role, you will work closely with our brand strategists, digital designers, and other highly skilled creatives in our field to develop and deploy outstanding brand identities and visual systems. As a Senior Brand Designer, you confidently lead brand design workstreams across medium- to large-sized projects – from initial concepts to fully realized identity systems and final delivery.
You take clear ownership of your projects, proactively drive creative development, and ensure that the design solutions we deliver meet both brand and business objectives. You combine strong craft with structured thinking and are comfortable presenting and discussing your work with clients.
As part of Kurppa Hosk, you will work with some of the world’s leading brands that seek true transformation. You are self-propelled, structured, detail-oriented, and collaborative — with a portfolio that showcases visually strong, well-crafted brand identity systems across a variety of touchpoints.
Main Responsibilities
- * Lead brand design workstreams in medium to large projects
- Develop complete brand concepts and identity systems from start to finish
- Translate strategy and brand platforms into high-quality visual design solutions
- Drive creative development within assigned projects and teams
- Present and articulate design decisions confidently to clients
- Ensure graphic solutions are optimized for defined touchpoints, formats, materials, and sustainability requirements
- Secure high craft quality and consistency across all brand deliverables
- Mentor and support more junior designers
- Collaborate across disciplines and actively contribute to cross-agency initiatives
- Stay on top of industry trends and push brand creativity standards
Qualifications
- * Relevant education within graphic design, visual communication, or similar
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in brand or graphic design
- Proven experience developing and implementing comprehensive brand identity systems
- Demonstrated skills in relevant software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma; motion skills are a plus)
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages (including Swedish) are a plus
