Role Description
As Senior AI Product Manager, you will own the roadmap for a product area, setting priorities, writing specs, and making scope and sequencing decisions. You will prototype ideas directly with AI tools, turning concepts into proof-of-concepts and working demos for engineering. Working closely with founders and distributed teams, you will keep delivery on scope, schedule, quality, and budget while automating repetitive product work. Customer and market insight will keep your decisions grounded.
Key Responsibilities
- Roadmap Ownership - Define priorities, write specs, and make scope and sequencing calls for your product area.
- AI Prototyping - Build proof-of-concepts, mockups, and working demos with AI tools for engineering.
- Customer Discovery - Talk to customers and internal teams to keep the roadmap grounded in real problems.
- Delivery Management - Own scope, schedule, quality, and budget across all supported projects.
- Process Automation - Automate delivery and PM activities with the tech team using agent tooling.
- Market Insight - Gather and synthesise competitive insight to inform product decisions.
- Team Leadership - Lead cross-functional, distributed teams and keep stakeholders aligned.
Minimum Qualifications
- English Fluency - Fluent, excellent written and spoken English is mandatory for this role.
- Product Experience - 5+ years owning products end to end in a senior role.
- Startup Background - Experience working closely with founders and small, fast-moving teams.
- Team Leadership - Proven ability to lead cross-functional, distributed teams effectively.
- Stakeholder Skills - Strong client-facing, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills.
- AI Tooling - Hands-on familiarity with agent tooling for automating work and prototyping.
- Agentic AI Knowledge - Understanding of multi-agent systems, human-in-the-loop workflows, RAG, and guardrails.
