Key Responsibilities
Contributes to developing the work of the organizational unit in administrative tasks, and prepares the files, information, and topics required by the direct supervisor, following up on them and applying the regulations, systems, and work procedures.
Provides suggestions and development ideas related to facilitating and improving internal procedures and the tools used to accomplish work, in line with the organizational unit's directions and objectives, contributing to improving and developing its performance and achieving its targets.
Supervises the implementation of administrative instructions issued by the direct supervisor and follows up on the implementation of the administrative decisions issued by him/her.
Participates in preparing and issuing periodic work reports according to the established templates and procedures and stores the information and reports and submits them to the direct supervisor using the approved information technology systems.
Attends the direct supervisor's meetings and the meetings of the organizational unit's staff, takes and documents their minutes, and prints and distributes the direct supervisor's meeting minutes to the other meeting participants.
Carries out work related to reviewing and summarizing the minutes of council and committee meetings.
Contributes to keeping up with developments and modern technologies related to the work and employing them to improve and develop procedures and regulations in line with the organizational unit's directions.
Develops the direct supervisor's letters and correspondence and proofreads and follows up on them.
Contributes to following up on the completion of transactions, tasks, initiatives, and projects, and provides administrative support to the organizational unit in administrative matters.
Complies with the organization’s work controls and conduct, cybersecurity policies, and the procedures of the organizational unit.
Performs any other tasks assigned by direct supervisors.
Required Experience
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a relevant field.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.
