We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Salon Manager to prepare, launch and manage our Women’s & Children’s Salons.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare both salons for opening and manage launch activities
• Select and purchase salon products, tools, equipment and consumables
• Source and negotiate with suppliers
• Finalize service menus, pricing and SOPs
• Recruit, train and manage salon staff
• Manage daily operations, appointments and customer experience
• Maintain stock, hygiene, safety and quality standards
• Manage budgets, purchasing and salon profitability
• Prepare regular operational and financial reports
Requirements:
• 3–5 years’ salon management experience
• Experience in salon opening/setup preferred
• Women’s & children’s salon experience is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of salon products, purchasing and stock control
• Good team management and communication skills
